What 4K Gaming monitor is good?

I'm planning to buy a 1080 at the beginning of next year. I was wondering is there is some really good 4K monitors that aren't that overpriced like 600 is my budget. I looked up wasabi mango and it looked nice. I want to know what other 4K monitors would be great or better than what I found without crossing that $600 threshold.

There is a problem with 4K monitors for gaming.
They are "just" 60Hz. A good gaming monitor is low latency, 100Hz and above (or at least 75Hz).
If your monitor is not huge, you will have very small benefit of 4K over 2K.

So what would be a good 4K gaming monitor that has a low latency? I'm guessing that since the monitor should be huge, it'll be above $600.
