DVI-D monitor but graphics card has DVI-I . can i run at 144hz

i saw LG 24GM77 24 Inch monitor , which can run 1080p at 144hz refresh rate which has dvi-d. but i have graphics card which has dvi-i port. Can i run at 144 hz if i get 144 fps in some games? or it will give only 60hz?

Yes you can.

DVI-I has Digital as well as analog(extra pins) so it works with just about anything(adapter needed for VGA.)

Please make sure you use a dual link cable for 144hz or else it will not work.
