Taskbar Not Working win 10

For last couple of days my taskbar has stopped working i cannot click on start menu clock etc but the pinned programs work what could be the problem

Your windows 10 libraries may be corrupted But fear not. Just open CMD as an administrator type "sfc/scannow" and wait for it to be done (you can use your PC while you wait).
If this does not work, you can just reinstall windows 10 from this tool and not lose your files provided that you select it--->https://www.microsoft.com/el-gr/software-download/windows10

i have done scanow command it shows some files are corrupted but cant be fixed
I tried the creation tool microsoft but it is deleting most of my games
So dou anyone other methods to end this problem!!
