My computer keeps turning on after i turn shut it down

When i shut down my computer my computer it turns back on before that i restarted my computer a lot of times and clicked F1- F12 to get in the bios settings i wanted to do something in there and then I didn't find it so i went back to my computer and after i was done i shuted it down and then it turned back on so i took the plug off the back.

Antec VP630F PSU
DDR3 8GB 1600MHz(I have 2 of them so i have 16)
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H
Corsair Hydro H100i
watercooled CPU
iNTEL CORE i4790
