Witch Monitor Is better?

Hello, I want to know which monitor is the best bang for buck They're all under $145 and is on my price range. Please feel free to recommend me some good bang-for-buck monitors.
1st Monitor:

BenQ GL2460HM 24-Inch Screen LED-Lit Monitor

None of those 3 is nice, I remembered the specs correctly.
Those are all only 60Hz TN panels...basically...the worst option available unless you can not find any alternatives.

Always pick only between 60Hz IPS and 120/144Hz TN.
60Hz TN is lame.
