PC says that I need permission from administrator account, but I'm the only user

Last night I was trying to uninstall MPC cleaner, but it was saying that I needed permission from the administrator account. Not only that, I just tried to play a torrented movie on the film & TV that comes with windows 10 and ,again, it was saying that I need permission from administrator. I am the only user on my PC. I'm using the standard version of windows 10 and am sharing a network with the rest of my family.

seems it has more power than you do.

Do you have an anti virus program? I expect not since you installed that, most smart programs would block the site it came from.
