Where are you in the Upgrade process? It's pretty self explanatory. And time is running out.

I suggest running the MediaCreation tool and creating your own DVD or USB. Use that to install, rather than depending on the online thing.
There are several million other people trying to do exactly the same as you are, trying to get it done before the free Upgrade runs out.
