Studying for exam 70-680, require help regarding referance link not found on net and also binary

Hi hope someone here can help me out please.
currently studying the self paced training kit to MCTS Exam 70-680 configuring windows 7.

i am currently on chapter 6 network settings, there gives a link to "Internet Connection Sharing" and apparently as a excellent illustrative diagram, however the site does not seem to exist anymore:-

just wondering if someone has maybe a copy of this diagram from when they studied this topic ??

before anyone mentions it, the webpage/article is related for windows vista but works for windows 7 aswell

Also was wondering if someone can help me out and give me a few tips on the best way to remember binary and also what CIDR does , is, and how you work it out?

if anyone also has any tips on binary code and subnetting / supernetting i would be much appreciated for any help received.
