Cannot connect to Internet

My Asus laptop is connecting to wifi, but not to the Internet.

I am running Win7 64 bit.

Have tried many suggestions I have read about ip release, renew, etc. without any success. I have tried to connect using a Verizon wireless router and an ATT hotspot with the same results. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I would be happy to post an ipconfig /all but am not certain how since I am using my iPad to post this.

wifi is not reliable, I have had the same problem after a while my wifi adaptor just kept getting worst, try using an ethernet cable
