Hello forum,

I got asked by a relative to build her a new pc.
Her budget is 1000-2000$, and she is going to be using it mainly for animation using Adobe software along with conventional day to day desktop usage.
Her biggest concern was that the pc be as quiet as possible.

This is what I came up with:
PcPartPicker Link

The added ssd is meant for OS only

I just wanted your opinion on the build;
-Should I be replacing the case fans with quieter/better ones or are the R5's fans fine?
-I don't know much about how intensive adobe software is or what components it stresses, are there any total cost / budget distribution changes that are warranted?
-I trusted the PcPartPicker filter for this, are there any glaring incompatibilities?
Other than that, any personal recommendations you want to make are always welcome.

Also, I don't think she has any plans to upgrade her system anywhere in the near future so changes due to "more room for expandibility" are somewhat moot unless there really is no reason why not, or the more expandable option happens to just be better or cheaper.

Thanks in advance to any helpers
