Yes, this PC can run most games if and only if:

You have a PCIE slot for a graphics card (being a desktop is necessary).

If that is the case, then upgrade to 4 or 8 gb ram and get a graphics card like the GTX 760 or GTX 960 that would only cost around $100 bucks or less on eBay.

You would then be able to run most games, like overwatch rather well. You don't want to get a graphics card too much better than a 960 or else you might experience CPU bottlenecks.

But remember, this is only possible if you have a graphics card PCIE slot on your motherboard.

Yes, it appears like this slot: (http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/190_051.jpg).

As mentioned above, you will get cpu bottlenecks in quite a few games, so maybe a cheap cheap 760 is a good bet.

If you can't tell if you have a PCIE slot, link me to your computer's model number to check.

Yes, you can now upgrade your PC to run a large variety of games under these steps:

1). Check to see if your power-supply is at least 400W, and the higher quality the better (this may need an upgrade)

2). Upgrade your RAM to atleast 4gb, but 2 sticks of 4gb (8gb total) would be better nowadays.

3). Pick up something like an Nvidia GTX 760, which sells for about $60 dollars (less than $100 is a good deal) as seen in this link (selling fast, 7 hours left): *LINK TO BUY 760*

4). That's it. This entire upgrade will cost you about $150, and when you've acquired your parts you need to install them into your existing machine and update the drivers at Nvidia's website if you chose to go with the 760.

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.

alright thanks for all the help. last question though, is the power supply wattage labeled on the power supply itself and is the Nvidia GTX 760 and EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti about the same? And is their any other good graphics cards i could use for my situation?

The 760 is faster than the 750ti, but the 750ti uses less power Other good choices would be the GTX 950 or AMD R9 270. Here's a comparison of some good choices for an older machine:

GTX 750Ti - consumes 60 watts - recommend 350 watt PSU
GTX 760 - consumes 170 watts - recommend 450 watt PSU
GTX 950 - consumed 90 watts - recommend 400 watt PSU
R9 270 - consumes 150 watts - recommend 450 watt PSU

The rating is labelled on the power supply, yes. Check out this guide if you find that you need to upgrade. : http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
