I am looking for the best liquid cooler under $75. I need it for Intel Core i7 6700k. Possible over clocking. I have my eyes on DEEPCOOL Captain 120 and Corsair H75. I just need either a better one or one of those. (Colors: Black and Red, Just Red, Just Black, black can have gray with it)

Let me get this straight guys. I want a liquid cooler $75 or under. Not $90. Mail in rebates never work for me and I don't have $90 that's why I said $75 or under.

At $75, the Noctua D14 will outperform any liquid cooler:

https://www.amazon.com/Noctua-NH-D14-Heatpipe-Bearing-Cooler/dp/B002VKVZ1A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470157570&sr=8-1&keywords=Noctua+D14

Presumably this is because in that $75 budget, the liquid cooler has to include the cost of coolant, a pump, waterblock, hoses, and clamps, in addition to the cooling surface. Once you start getting up around $120-150, liquid coolers begin to out-pace air coolers (because there aren't really any air coolers in this price range), but at a given price they're both less effective and more noisy.

big air cooler will be better than small liquid cooler, only big liquid cooler perform better or equal than big air cooler. Noctua is pretty good choice.

Then go for the Corsair H75. And lose the attitude. People here are trying to give you suggestions. Do some research on your own next time and if you don't like the answers. And if you don't know how to do a rebate, you might have trouble building a pc. I've done too many to count and never had an issue with rebates.

Get ither a cooler master 212X or a noctua 14DH

Because they perform much batter than any water cooling solution for the same price

You only need to ensure your case matches the cooler
