Windows 10 file sharing - urgent please

Hello all: i have four PCs in a workgroup. Fileserver was running win 7 and three clients machines were running win 10. All sharing was fine until i upgraded the fileserver machine to win 10 pro. Now all three pcs can't connect to the file server pc. All three pcs can see the fileserver pc under the network group and can ping it but can't connect it. File sharing is on on the fileserver. I also tried to disable the firewall on the fileserver pc but no luck.

You have to turn on Network discovery and File and Print sharing again.
Going to Win 10 often turns those off.
