My monitor has a black bar across the top of my screen. I do not have another card I can get to test it. I would have to buy a new one. I have all my video drivers up to date and it happens even with only 1 monitor plugged in. It's been bothering me. I have a samsung s22c300.
Please help. Heres a picture.

I have my res set to 1920x1080 which is the max the monitor can go. And I have no idea if it does have a fit/adjustment. I've looked and there's nothing i the settings.

Find where your buttons are located on your monitor. Once you have found that go ahead and find the auto adjust key. If you don't have one go into the menu of the monitor and find it there. Good luck!

to be honest I am not seeing a straight forward answer. if your auto-adjust is either broken or disabled for what ever reason....or you have a software issue. I might try running display driver uninstaller in safe mode then reinstall the graphics driver and see if that helps.

Like I said before, I mainly use hdmi but i just tried using it with vga but its still there. I'm waiting for my laptop to charge to see if it happens on my laptop as an external display.
