hello, i was looking for a good gaming monitor and found this asus pretty good price/benefit its worth to upgrade from a lg ips 60hz? right now i will use this but i will save money to get a gaming monitor (144hz)

Full system:
Gigabyte z97x ud3h mobo
i5 4690k (stock speed not good cooler for oc yet)
16gb ram kingston hyperx ddr3 1886mhz
G1 Gaming gtx 1070
seasonic 620w evo full modular

Solution
colors are standard outside of the box, customize it alot and it will do very well. make sure u have the dvi cable set and ready for that 144hz monitor to max. good luck

I have the monitor.. what i can say is this.. out of the box the colours are shit however if your willing to spend a few hours reading up on how to calibrate them properly then if you do i can tell you its one hell of a good monitor. I eventually managed to hard save a colour configuration to the monitor itself i cant remember how i did it but it helped a bunch and my monitor still runs perfect to this day the 144hz really makes a difference especially with a good calibration of the colours. I run 2x gtx 970s in sli with it.
