Locking up after game close

Hey guys, so recently I have noticed windows 10 going into this handicap state after closing a game like GTA V or todays game was Mirrors edge Catalyst. It doesnt happen often...maybe once a week after playing several different games for hours.

Ill be playing, be done...close the game and the whole computer gets very slow and chuggy. I cant access Task Manager, but I can slowly click on stuff and wait then do a restart. Doesnt 100% lockup, but enough that its terrible.

I noticed these in the event viewer, but there are very little faults.

any ideas? could this even be the reason?

Anyone have any input? I took off all power saving and windows usb devices were all set to never shut off on its own.
