Windows 10 Redstone update black screen with cursor after login

Title, so yeah, i updated windows from system > windows update, after all installing end it comes to login screen, then black screen with cursor. I tried to ctrl+alt+del task manager opened, but when i try to "run new task" that window isn't opening. I can only open pc with safe mode. Normal boot isn't working. Please, help.

I am using laptop with GTX765M and Intel HD Graphics.


I tried these things in Safe Mode;

Disable GTX765M and boot, no success.
Uninstall GTX765M and boot, no success.
Re-Install GTX765M and boot, no success.

All my drivers updated. Still no succes...

So you can logon but get no desktop?

Microsoft suggest a clean boot just to see if its anything you are loading at start up that causes error: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/kb/929135

Another thing, remove all USB devices except the essentials and start up, no desktop can also mean the PC is waiting for a device to answer at start that isn't responding.
