PLEASE HELP! Windows process started itself.

So.... this process started itself.

anyone know? is this a malwqare trying too install itself? gosh I'm scared.

I did NOT install anything. I just booted up my laptop just a few minutes ago.

it appears windows update is getting the update, and using system and compressed memory to store the data until it is ready.

the disc usage is cause you don't have enough ram to store the update in so its using the page file. Nothing to worry about.
