New Gaming Rig Freeze/Crash after startup

Recently built a gaming PC, just don't a Windows 10 update and whenever I boot up, about 30 seconds on desktop it freezes and Windows become unresponsive, mouse can still move. Any suggestions on what to do? Bare in mind I cannot do anything after log in.

Please help me!!

List your specs?
I recommend just taking it apart and putting it back together to see if there's something you messed up on.
