My computer just updated with the latest Win 10 patch and previously if I hit alt+tab while playing games, the task bar would appear on the bottom so I can do other things. Now, even while my games are in borderless window, the only time I can get the taskbar to appear is if I drag another window over the game screen on my main monitor for the taskbar to appear.
I have a dual monitor setup and I checked all the settings in "taskbar" but I cant figure it out.
