Well, I am going to upgrade my PC. I am keeping my Case, SSD & HDD and PSU. Since they are about a year and half old. But here is what I am looking at. I now the monitor I picked is a free sync monitor. But the price is good and I don't want to pay an extra $200 for G sync. And these are Canadian prices. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/bLWFGf

What is your overall budget and do you need a CPU Cooler?
Any reason you've selected higher frequency RAM?
In gaming it will have little to no effect compared to 2133MHz RAM, with gains being only a few FPS.
Monitor is perfectly fine, you can just disable freesync and use it as a standard 144hz 1440p monitor.

All good. :)
If you're feeling lucky, upgrade your monitor to the Dell S2716DG, or get a 1080, but it will push you slightly over your budget. I personally recommend just getting the below 1070 build, as it is the best value.
I shaved $100 off, and kept it at high performance.
