I wonder if a curved monitor is very productive at game development and using applications such as Unity 3D, Gimp, CAD Programs, Blender, and etc. If not are there any under 200$ Monitors that you would recommend?

Solution
For stuff like that, I would simply recommend a 4k monitor.
Curved monitors warp the image somewhat when viewing it from a standard angle, meaning the accuracy of your work, ESPECIALLY in stuff like Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro as well as the programs you have listed.
Unfortunately 4k is out of your price range though.
For monitors under $200, you are essentially limited to 60Hz panels if that's not an issue. I'll get back to you. :)
