Computer not Opening Windows Store or Calculator App

My laptop is in the shop, so I've been having to use my desktop recently, but I've been having some issues running the stock windows 10 programs, and even third party applications. I can't open the Windows Store, the calculator, or even the normal PC version of Minecraft. Anyone have any ideas as to why I'm having these issues?

Specs:
AMD FX 8120
16GB RAM (Mix of G.Skill Ripjaws X, and some Adata ram leftover from a friend's PC.) (4x4)
GTX 750
I can get other specifics if needed.

I'll add GTA 5 to the list of things not opening, I used to have a GT 630 in this PC and it would run with that (on minimal settings of course)
