Orange Screen Of Death: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys)

My laptop got the orange screen of death. Why did this happen? My antivirus is Trend Micro Internet Security and I've also been having some hdd issues so I'm wondering if that's related.

check laptop makers web site for new lan or chipset drivers. Update all win 10 drivers you can find off the site that match your laptop

also, run an anti virus scan

I didn't read dump, its just a guess based on fact its a driver error and mentions an internet service

you can download and run whocrashed and see what it says: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed
it looks at errors and gives a summary, it might tell you name of driver causing problem.
