A disk read error has occured; Press ctrl+alt+del to restart

When I turn my PC on, that comes up..
but after pressing ctrl+alt+del,my PC works normally and I have no problem on windows.
So it's like I have to press ctrl+alt+del everytime I turn it on.

hdd or sdd? if its a hdd your post may be faster then your hdd spin up time causing issue. disable fast boot to slow down post some to allow time for it spin up assuming its a hdd.

How do I disable fast boot ?
I never installed any drivers that came with the mobo.

Fast boot option is likely in your bios under either boot options or windows options.

Another option is, in windows:

Winkey + x
a

To open an administrator command prompt. Then type:

chkdsk /f

When you next restart your computer it will check your harddrivers for errors and fix anything it finds.
