Is my PC able to run ASUS AMD RADEON 5850 Graphics card?

Hi, am hoping someone can help me answer my query here. My PC is currently running a Sapphire HD7750 1GB GDDR5 OC edition, but it seems to keep having problems, like screen flickering and constant BSoDs. Now my friend is giving me his old ASUS EAH5850 (AMD RADEON HD5850) card to replace the current one and I am not sure if my PC can run it, so hopefully someone can help me here.

My specs are :
Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7750 1GB OC edition
Display : Samsung FHD LCD 32" TV 1920x1080 60hz HDMI to HDMI
Motherboard : ASUS P8B75-M LE
CPU : Intel 13 3220 3.3ghz
Power : Andyson G-Plus 500w
RAM : 8GB
OS : Windows 10 Home 64bit

Yes it will work, and you prob will get a little better performance than your 7750.
However, you will be using legacy drivers (old as fuck drivers) so your experience may vary.

Haha thanks! Just worried that my motherboard and power unit cannot support, the driver issue hopefully they have updates.
