My surface is currently updating to this. is this any good or is it like bad for your computer like glitches or problems.

vast majority of people who have got it so far haven't had any problems. They are silent majority, only people with problems come here asking for help and so far it hasn't been a flood

You should be fine, especially on a device that came with win 10.
