Quadcopter for Aerial Photography

I am looking for a new quadcopter.
I got one allready buy its a very cheap and (kinda) bad one.. So my budget is max 520£.
I wont pay for things like 3DR solo, or Phantom 4!

I was looking at the DJI phantom 3 standard, 2.7k 30fps and DJI smart features.
Also Xiro Xplorer g - with a GoPro hero4 black. Nearly the same features as DJI, but with a GoPro.
Or a used DJI phantom 2 with gimbal and accessories.

But I aint sure about how good a GoPro is for aerial photography..?

Any suggestions?

How about a Dromida XL or classifies adds for a DJI Phanton 1 . Try a Parrot AR Drone?, doesn't have a GoPro on it but might be a good beginning expirence.

I really these two:
DJI Phantom 3 Advanced Quadcopter Drone with 2.7K Camera and 3-Axis Gimbal
DJI Phantom 3 Standard Quadcopter Drone with 2.7K Camera and Remote

and GoPro is pretty good in Aerials I think.

This one is also pretty good though: Parrot Bebop Drone
