Help finding the driver that keeps crashing my pc

So today I went about updating my computers driver's and I must have went wrong somewhere since it's crashing every few hours or so I will list a crash report below

the 1st error is Direct X, the rest are windows supposedly being suicidal but I expect its just a driver hiding in the shadows.

Try this to fix DX as its usually a graphics driver at fault: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2767677/clean-graphics-driver-install-windows.html

see if that fixes the rest.

would using the windows update be good enough? I'm having trouble finding AMD Radeon HD 8400 driver's on the site.

AMD only have two drivers now, Crimson for everything above the 8000 series, and Crimson Beta for everything else: https://community.amd.com/docs/DOC-1435, so you would need the Crimson Beta driver.

well I can download that but before I do the install after cleaning Ill leave a Dx Diag maybe I wrote it out wrong

ON the last link I dropped, the right hand column has all the drivers listed against model numbers and windows versions.

you could run ddu, delete the old drivers and then run the tool that auto detects and installs the right driver, its first thing on top left of that page.
