Help finding the driver that keeps crashing my pc

So today I went about updating my computers driver's and I must have went wrong somewhere since it's crashing every few hours or so I will list a crash report below

would using the windows update be good enough? I'm having trouble finding AMD Radeon HD 8400 driver's on the site.

AMD only have two drivers now, Crimson for everything above the 8000 series, and Crimson Beta for everything else: https://community.amd.com/docs/DOC-1435, so you would need the Crimson Beta driver.

This driver is provided "as is" and will not be supported with further updates, upgrades or bug fixes.

seems strange I can't see your model range on here. there are 8000 series but nothing like 8400: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download?ipromo=RSCE-download

well I can download that but before I do the install after cleaning Ill leave a Dx Diag maybe I wrote it out wrong
