My screen turns green and freezes and flickers

Either on startup or many hours later my pc moniter will turn a greenish white and flicker with many tiny white squares across the screen.

Tried changing the cables from the monitor to PC? Also check your temps with HWinfo or HWMonitor and come back. Sounds like GPU issue or PSU maybe although could also be driver related.
