I just finished building my gaming computer (specifications are below). I am not a competitive or hardcore gamer by any means but do game casually. Was just wondering if I should stick with the monitor that I have now (Acer Predator XB321HK) or should I return and get the Acer Predator XB271HU? Also, do you guys think my set up is good enough for gaming at 4k? Ultimately, I guess I just don't know if the 144hz is really that much better than 60hz (coming from a 1080P 60hz monitor). Oh yes, if anyone could please let me know if my power supply is enough for this rig? I don't plan on overclocking anything. When I upgraded, I forgot to purchase a new power supply and am a little too lazy now to buy new one and reinstall :(((

CPU: Intel I7-6700K 4.00 GHz (stock clock)
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080 AMP Extreme
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-UD5
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16gb DDR4 3000mhz
PSU: XFX 550W Certified Bronze 80+

Monitor 1: Acer Predator XB321HK 32" 4K G-Sync IPS 60hz (Currently using)

OR SHOULD I RETURN AND GET THE (samething except for 27" 2K and having 144hz)

Monitor 2: Acer Predator XB271HU 27" 2K G-Sync IPS 144hz

He shouldn't, since he owns a 1080 :p

From the Tom's hardware review, only 39.8 FPS in The Division and 49.7 FPS in The Witcher 3.

Not bad, but not 60 FPS.

With the 6700K? :)

They used a Core i7 6700K running at 4 GHz for the tests.
A slower CPU wouldn't make much difference though because the GPU will be the limiting factor on frame rates at these settings.

The 4K monitor has smaller pixels for a crisper image, but I don't think this would be very noticeable in games..
The 1440p monitor will give you better frame rates.
As for the overall image quality of both, try to find detailed reviews of both.
Look for reviews that actually calibrate and test the monitor, rather than just being a user observation on how it looked.
