Asus 24" LED VG248QE vs. Acer 24" Predator LED XB240H

I'm planning on getting a 144hz monitor and there's currently a sale on the Acer 24" Predator LED XB240H, slightly cheaper than the Asus 24" LED VG248QE.
Which one should I go for?

I'd go with the Acer Predator. They both are 144hz, 1ms response, and supports G-Sync, but the predator dosent have a hdmi port where as the asus does. So if you need a hdmi port then go with the asus but personally i don't so i'd op for the cheaper Acer Predator.
