How turn off laptop monitor when using external?

Hi folks,

I've just bought an external monitor (which I'm connecting using HDMI) for my laptop (which runs on Windows 10 64-bit Home Edition).
I was wondering how I can turn off the display on the laptop and only view on the external monitor?

Go down to the left and search for Project. Then select Second screen only when you get their (dont use 10) but im sure its similar to 8.
