Your Device needs to be repaired after factory reset

So I set my PC to factory settings (remove all programms and install clean windows) because my harddisk was full. But when I boot it now I get the following error message:

Recovery
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
The Boot Configuration Data File is missing some required information

File: \BCD
Error code: 0xc0000034
You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media(like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer

Press Esc for UEFI Firmware Settings.

So my PC doesn't have a CD player, but I do have a USB stick.
I tried looking for a detailed guide to repair my PC but couldn't find one, do any of you guys have a guide for me on how to repair my PC or know how to solve this problem?
