Does is support Disk Controller from OS Endless??

Hi there,

I just received an Asus laptop(X540S) with Endless Linux as operating system. But i am trying to instrall Windows 10 but withouth success it is just keep saying in the partion part:"Windows cannot be installed to the selected disk. The selected disk is of the GPT partition style...... screenshot: http://imgur.com/0scoKAO ).

I tried several things like checking the sata mode selection its selected on AHCI and it cant be changed. I also enabled CSM and PXE opROM policy..

Anything what i try it wont work, can anybode please help me with it?

At one of first steps when you start installing windows you have an option to delete all partitions and let windows make their own as needed.

I tried but still the same problem..

You could make an USB or CD with this program: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/gparted_live.html BOOT from it and clean and prepare disk before trying windows installation.

Did you wipe all partitions and just leave unallocated space? That is why Win 10 showing error, it needs blank drive to install onto

You might want to disable CSM as that sets it to legacy boot method and you want UEFI.
