Check out the IBuyPower refubed Revolt 2 selling the last few days for $899 and price out anything piece by piece even close to it's specs. Even with the limitations of the design, things are getting interesting. And yes, I know the PSU is questionable at best, but the cost is still lower than the parts factoring that in but factor in windows 10 if you don't already have a license.

No, it's not really 'interesting'.
Factor in the PSU shaped object, a box full of mismatched refurb parts put together by a 19 year old, 2 weeks into the job, nursing a Monday morning hangover.

Looks flashy, but is no better than what junk they put out last month, or last year.
