750W Good Enough For This?

Hi,

I'm thinking about upgrading my PC in 1 year or so, once the prices for the 980 go down. So, I already have a 980, so I am going to be SLI-ing my 980s. As well, I will be adding another stick of RAM (16GB DDR4-2133) into my system (I currently have 16GB). Lastly, I might get an Intel Core i5-6600K or an Intel Core i7-6700. So, in the end, is 750W good enough?

A 750w will be more than enough for two 980s and an overclocked CPU. I wouldn't recommend overclocking the second graphics card, maybe the first a little, but the second will see little to no benefit from OCs on air cooling.
Go for the i7 if you want, but the 6600k will give better performance in most games if it is overclocked to say 4.5GHz+.

Honestly, you can't really find good value Corsair PSUs.
the HXi and AXi series are among the best, but they are generally overpriced compared to better alternatives like the G2 and P2 by EVGA.
You won't really notice it!
