Upgrading GPU need to ask some questions about motherboards.

Hello, I'm currently using this PC: http://www.cnet.com/products/asus-cm-series-cm1435-a-series-a8-5500-3-2-ghz-monitor-none-series/specs/
And I'm upgrading my PSU and GPU to a GTX 1060 or RX 480 and my question is do I need to change the motherboard? I don't know anything about motherboards and what impact they have so that's why I'm asking.
