My Alienware laptop was working perfectly, until i got a notification of gtx 970m driver update, while updating i got an installation error, So i completely removed 970m drivers and downloaded its latest driver from nvidia and it installed perfectly..

BUT i lost my brightness control, i am not able to reduce or increase brightness and its stuck on maximum brightness, TO FIX this i almost did everything, reinstall previous stable versions of both my drivers again Intel HD 530 and Gtx 970m, updated my bios to latest, disable/enable, uninstall/reinstall every driver from device manager of display adaptive, then SCAN for new hardware but no luck,

i completely delete my both drivers by using DDU software, then reinstall every latest and stable versions of drivers, diagnose my Alienware completely, did every test, went in safe mode to check if its work, made another user to see if slider comes back but no luck by trying anything...

ONE THING IMPORTANT: there is no monitor section in my device manager or neither the generic pnp monitor which users say to enable or reinstall to bring back brightness control but its just not there... :(

My screen is ok and there is no hardware issues as brightness does reduce by pressing fn key and lower/higher f9 & f10 in startup Alienware logo and in bios setting screen..

but once window starts it doesn't work.... plus i am not to able to find any software or anything that could bring back my monitor > pnp generic monitor in device manager,

Display calibration doesn't work, gives me a unspecified error

plz help me :( 100% brightness is pain in my eyes
