Is gaming console monitor only for console?

I am looking at the Asus VG245H console gaming monitor. I noticed it said "gaming console". I wanna know if it means the screen resolution or response time or refresh rate is different on PC. Or is it the same as using another monitor and doesn't make it different because it's a gaming console monitor?

Its first time ive heard the term console gaming monitor,propably a typing error or something,so it will work the same with a console or a pc.

I only see two things that really are different.
They list a low input latency branding moniker. (This means nothing, works the same for console and PC).
The only real thing that stands out if the dual HDMI input for a PC and Console at the same time. Again, does not impact anything.
