What is the best method to burn a CD/DVD?

Is it better to use Windows 10 default burning method or a downloaded program such as imgburn?

Yup if it's an ISO, nothing wrong with the Windows one. Unless you want to pay for one.

Use rufus if you want to extract it to a flash drive. If you want to save cd's / dvds. But it has to be an ISO it supports
