Random Error Message on start up / login!

This pops up when I login on my computer https://gyazo.com/42b29a1cddc6b74930b51e4f4a687a61. It only started happening after downloading GoldenEye: Source 5.0 a mod for source on steam and the Source SDK Base 2007. I Don't have any programming type software on my computer like python or an other so its very concerning. I've removed The mod plus the Source SDK Base 2007 and still get these Errors so I really don't know what is on the go.

My guess is their uninstaller left it behind
