There was a problem resetting your PC; No changes were made

Hello,
Recently my PC has had lots of problems, so I tried to reset it. However, when I try to reset it, it says "There was a problem resetting your PC, No changes were made". How can I fix this?

if your running windows 10...I get that error all the time on multiple machines (not always just most times) though it still manages to reset. It's borked.

If you're trying to delete personal information off of the system, just do a fresh install.

You can download Windows 10 Here and create a bootable USB. As long as you install the same version you already have, it'll activate automatically.

I booted up advanced startup and refreshed from there which worked.
