Help me choose a monitor, also open to suggestions

Hello everyone, I'm upgrading from a 720p TV to a real monitor. Here are some I have picked out, let me know what you think. I am open to suggestions, but I would prefer 144hz and for it to be less than $300

(Main difference i believe is that the acer's stand isn't adjustable)
