windows keeps freezing

my pc specs are
gigabyte gtx 1060
i5 4690k
16gb ballistic ram
3 1tb hdd
1 128gb ssd
now my question
I run windows 10 and my mouse curser is always glitchy and my Microsoft edge freezes and I have to always sign out of my pc account and log back in to fix the issue to only have it start again I ran virus scanner and fixed the issues that where found which wasn't much I use advanced system care for all my scans I don't want to restore my pc I have a lot of stuff on there so any one have any suggestions please

Create a new windows user and see if the problems persist on that one.

I have created a new account and it still does the same issue

Install MalwareBytes free trial, update it and do a full scan. It'll clean your system from whatever teh AV may have missed.
