Monitor response time issue

Hello everybody I have a monitor issue. I use my monitor for ps4 and there is this response time setting issue. When I have "standard" response time colours are dragged, they fall behind. So I try to fix this by havong "faster" or "fastest" response time but then colours are ahead! By ahead I mean that a blackish color appears that is ahead of for example the white. How do I fix this?

doesnt sound like a fixable issue, but start by telling us what monitor you have.

It is a samsung c27f390 curved VA monitor. Thanks for your answer

Actually I would like to join on the discusion. I have same monitor, C27F390 (F396 - different stand), and I seem to have same issue.
Responce set to normal - very blurry image
set to faster - still blurry
set to fastest - not so much blurry (acceptable) but there are some weird blackish shadows on the lines of objects, usualy a in-game light sources, or a very bright surfaces. The shadows appear usually in a direction of a motion (eg. moving mouse on right side - shadow on right side ect).

Can someone advise on the topic please? Just switched from S24E500C, didnt have any issues there, the image was working well.
BTW. The S24500c doestn have freesync, C27F390 has,
I am using gtx 980Ti.
