cheapest 1440p, 144Hz, 5ms, 27-inch IPS monitor?

Hi! The title pretty much says what i'm looking for..i'm looking for the cheapest 27inch 1440p 144Hz 5-1ms (preferably with G-sync) IPS monitor options to pair it with my new Gtx 1070 build. i tried looking for it myself but still haven't found one which has all these specs. Please help me! thank you..

And yes, do pay the price premium for G-Sync. It's worth every penny and then more.

EDIT: Sorry, that is a TN panel. Chepest with IPS would be the Acer XB270HU, but, for around 80 more, you can get the Asus PG279Q, and that's teh way to go.
