I'm looking for a movie title of a movie where a crazy wife drowns her 3 kids and her husband comes home and he cant handle that fact his kids are dead so he goes crazy and he goes to a mental hospital and but he thinks he's in prison and makes plans to escape. They try to bring him back to reality and at the end of the movie he realises his wife drowns his kid but then at the end he goes back to insanity and thinks he is in prison again.
