YouTube videos not loading above 360p even though connection is fine

Any Videos that I'm trying to view (youtube above 360p) are refusing to load. They are stuck in loading state and they are just stuck there. My connection should be fine cuz I can view 2 streams on twitch with source quality without problem, so this shouldn't be a connection problem I think.

That doesn't mean that your provider or whoever runs your network didn't setup some sort of data throttling that applies only to youtube. This is fairly common. How do you connect to the internet?

I just read the youtube reddit and it looks like it's some sort of internal youtube problem. No issues on my end I guess. I'm near Prague and they said they have issues around that area: https://www.reddit.com/r/youtube/comments/4z23tz/videos_load_slow_or_not_at_all/d6shyyq
