Yes, in the highest quality imaginable (Not 4k Though), presuming you have a good internet connection to go with it.

Thanks! But even with this build my FPS in CS: GO (Deathmatch) jumping from 60 to 40 (all settings are medium, only shaders are very high)
Is this a bad optimization or 1070 with i7-6700K can't really do something more?

Thats odd, may be something to do with the optimization on CS:GO's end as this hardware should be able to smash FPS in the hundreds out of a not very resource intensive game such as counterstrike, especially on medium settings. Is it like this with all games?

No, for example Overwatch detected that my hardware can run OW at ultra. And it runs very well, without microlags and other not good stuff. I don't know how to enable FPS monitor in OW but it's definitely over 60 FPS

Fraps is a good tool for FPS monitoring/Steam has its own in built FPS monitor you can enable(Better than fraps IMO), anyway judging from your reply i would definatley say it's CS:GO's problem and not your PC seen as overwatch has higher requirements. what you could try however is updating your drivers, do this through the actual Nvidia site. Other than that you should have no problems streaming other games .

Sorry about too late answer but I just accidentally fixed my problem! After lots of failture attempts to install W10 to SSD, I updated my current Windows 10 to Anniversary Edition (or something) and after first deathmatch in CS: GO I've got over 300 stable FPS. I don't know exact cause why this fixed my FPS but it worked

After lots of failture attempts to install W10 to SSD, I updated my current Windows 10 to Anniversary Edition (or something) and after first deathmatch in CS: GO I've got over 300 stable FPS. I don't know exact cause why this fixed my FPS but it worked
